Sargent Troney was an FT Bliss soldier that claimed he saved a man’s life by using a pen roadside at an accident. This story circulated nationwide. CBS4/KFOX14 spotlighted Troney’s actions by doing a story and awarding him through our Pay It Forward Program. Moments after we did our interview we found out everything was made up.
